3J1 alloy is an iron nickel chromium austenitic precipitation strengthened high elasticity alloy with excellent physical and chemical properties, widely used in aerospace, precision instruments, electronic communications and other fields. After solid solution treatment and aging treatment, this alloy has good plasticity and low hardness, making it easy to process and shape. Its high strength, high elastic modulus, weak magnetism, and good corrosion resistance make it capable of working under high temperature, high stress, or corrosive medium conditions.
The linear expansion coefficient of 3J1 alloy is between 12.0 and 14.0 × 10-6 ℃ -1, with a density of 8.0g/cm ³, a resistivity of 1.02 μ Ω• m, and a magnetic susceptibility between (12.5~205) × 10-11. In addition, 3J1 alloy has good corrosion resistance to corrosive media such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, sulfur-containing petroleum, fuel oil, and lubricating oil, and can also maintain good performance under marine and tropical climate conditions.
