Alloy330 stainless steel is a chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel widely used in high-temperature industrial environments. It has an excellent combination of carbonization resistance, oxidation resistance, and thermal shock resistance, suitable for occasions requiring heat resistance and carbonization resistance. This alloy has excellent wear resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and its silicon content gives it excellent resistance to carbonization and oxidation. Alloy 330 stainless steel maintains complete austenite structure at any temperature and will not exhibit σ Embrittlement caused by phase precipitation.
Alloy330 stainless steel is widely used in heat exchangers, furnace parts, insulation covers, annealing covers, food processing equipment, low-temperature structures, and other fields. It can provide excellent performance in high-temperature industrial environments and resist the effects of carbonization, oxidation, and thermal shock.
The chemical composition of Alloy330 stainless steel includes elements such as carbon, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, manganese, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum, copper, and iron. Among them, the silicon element in the alloy increases its ability to resist carbonization and oxidation, making it excellent in high-temperature environments.
Alloy 330 stainless steel offers a variety of product forms, such as coils, strips, foils, strips, round wires, flat wires, and square wires, to meet the needs of different applications. In addition, different surface treatment methods can be selected according to specific requirements, such as hot rolling annealing and acid pickling, cold rolling annealing and acid pickling, bright annealing and acid pickling, etc.
Alloy330 stainless steel can be easily cold worked and stretched. However, it should be noted that annealing treatment may be required after severe deformation to restore the material's properties.
