Alloy 602CA (UNS N06025 / W.Nr. 2.4633) plate is a premium Ni-Cr-Fe superalloy reinforced with aluminum and yttrium, produced in full compliance with ASTM B168 standards. This grade delivers exceptional high-temperature oxidation and carburization resistance at continuous operating temperatures up to 1200°C, with outstanding resistance to oxide spalling during repeated thermal cycling. Supplied in solution-annealed condition for optimal mechanical performance and fabrication capability. It is widely applied in furnace muffles, radiant tubes, heat treatment fixtures and various industrial high-temperature components. VIM+VAR double vacuum melted material is available for high-purity requirements and reference testing.

Alloy 602CA (UNS N06025) Mechanical Properties (Solution Annealed Condition, Minimum Requirements per ASTM B168, Room Temperature):

- Tensile Strength (Rm) ≥ 670 MPa.

- 0.2% Offset Yield Strength (Rp0.2) ≥ 270 MPa.

- Elongation (A5) ≥ 30%.

- Density: 7.9 g/cm³.

- Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 1200℃.

- Delivery condition: Solution annealed finish. Sandblasting and pickling for scale removal are available upon request.

- Specifications: Custom cutting and processing according to customer drawings and required dimensions.
