A286 is an iron-chromium-nickel-based superalloy, which is strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace amounts of boron. The domestic corresponding grade is GH2132. The alloy has high yield strength, durable strength and creep strength below 650°C, and has good processing plasticity and welding properties. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing parts of aero-engines that work for a long time below 650°C, such as turbine disks, compressor disks, rotor blades and fasteners.
A286 (GH2123) superalloy is widely used in products that require high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, and can be used to produce various bolts, screws, self-locking nuts and other products including navigation marks HB, GB, and GJB. The head of the product is mostly formed by hot heading, and the rolling or rolling is done after the final heat treatment (aging).
The tensile strength is in the range of 900~1300MPa, the hardness is in the range of 25~40HRC, and it is recommended to be used in environments with long-term work below 650°C and requirements for oxidation resistance.
Automotive grade materials can reach 9.8~14.9 grades by adjusting the heat treatment process.
