③ XH32T processing precautions:
Hot processing: Forging, rolling, etc. are usually carried out within the range of 1050 ° C-1150 ° C.
Cold processing: Cold rolling, cold drawing, etc. can be carried out, but the deformation resistance is high, the work hardening is obvious, and annealing softening treatment is required in the middle.
Welding: Specific processes are required (such as argon arc welding TIG, electron beam welding EBW, laser welding LBW).
Mechanical processing: Poor machinability. Hard alloy or ceramic cutting tools are required, with low cutting speed, large feed rate, and sufficient cooling.
