There is one small order of hiperco 50 plates 6mm thickness, since we know customer is bending to use we tested with our material with our bending machine to check bending result first, pity that the 6mm material got cracks after bending. But we remembered that customer said two layer of 3mm thickness like sandwich would be workable too, so we checked with customer again and after 3mm got approved, we arranged 3.4mm thickness sample to test from SGS lab, with bend diameter 75mm and bend angle 180°to ensure. Because customer bend diameter is bigger and bend angle is smaller than this. And the test result is very good, pls check the followed bended picture for reference:
