1.About Inconel625
Inconel 625, Ni Cr based solution strengthened deformed superalloy, is a solution strengthened deformed nickel based super-alloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has good tensile and anti-fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 ℃ when used at 950 ℃. It has good processing and welding properties. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, it is widely used in gas turbine engines, nuclear power equipment, aerospace engines and other fields. It is especially suitable for products used for seawater environment and require high mechanical properties.

It has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and corrosion in fluoride medium. It has good corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloride acid, etc. It also has corrosion resistance to alkali and organic acids in oxidation and reduction environments. Effective resistance to fluoride and reducing stress corrosion cracking. There is almost no corrosion in seawater and industrial gas environment, and it has high corrosion resistance to seawater and salt solution, as well as high temperature. No sensitivity during welding. It is resistant to carbonization and oxidation in static or cyclic environment, and resistant to nitrogen containing gas corrosion.
