Nimonic 80A (UNS N07080)/GH4080A is developed by adding aluminum and titanium for precipitation strengthening on the basis of Nimonic 75. We can provide product types such as sheet, strip, rod, and wire. The following is a product display for this shipment order.
The mechanical properties of Nimonic 80A depend on the material state (annealed or aged) and thickness.
Nimonic 80A solid solution annealed state (supply state): tensile strength (Rm): ≥ 780 MPa, yield strength (Rp0.2): ≥ 350 MPa, elongation (A5): ≥ 30%. Features: relatively low strength, good plasticity, easy to cold process later.
Nimonic 80A solid solution+aging state (final use state): tensile strength (Rm): 1000-1200 MPa, yield strength (Rp0.2): 700-850 MPa, elongation (A5): ≥ 20%. Characteristics: After aging treatment, the strengthening phase of γ 'precipitates, and the strength is significantly improved, meeting the requirements for high temperature use.
